This technique is entirely dependent on the hand performing it. The distance, angle, and spacing between points determine both the result and the risk of residual marks, which is why we work with only one patient per time slot and do not delegate the session.

Non-surgical blepharoplasty: upper and lower eyelids

Non-surgical blepharoplasty is the most requested application of Fibroblast. On the upper eyelid, it addresses excess skin that droops over the eyelashes and narrows the gaze; on the lower eyelid, it addresses wrinkled and lax skin associated with under-eye bags.

It is important to understand what it corrects and what it does not. The Plasma Pen on eyelids removes excess skin, thus effectively resolving skin laxity. When bags are due to herniated fat and not loose skin, the technique improves the overall appearance but does not eliminate the bulging, and we will clearly inform you of this during the evaluation before you book any sessions.

One session resolves most mild to moderate cases. For more pronounced laxity, we recommend a second session after eight weeks, once the results of the first session have consolidated.

Wrinkles, laxity, and smoker's lines on the face, neck, and décolletage

Beyond the eyelids, Fibroblast treats the rest of the face and areas where the skin loses tone prematurely. On the upper lip, it corrects smoker's lines, those vertical lines that appear with age and resist creams: to eliminate upper lip wrinkles, plasma retracts the skin in the perioral area and restores definition to the mouth's contour.

On the entire face, it acts as a non-surgical facelift, with an overall tightening effect on cheekbones, jawline, and furrows. On the neck and décolletage, where the skin is thin and laxity becomes evident early, the treatment improves texture and reduces horizontal wrinkles. These are areas often neglected in skincare routines, and where the change is particularly noticeable.

The Plasma Pen can also remove superficial lentigines and sunspots when the lesion allows it.

The price of Fibroblast with Plasma Pen starts from €300 for a small area, such as the eyelids or upper lip smoker's lines. For medium and large areas (full face, full neck, or full décolletage), the treatment starts from €700.

The prior medical evaluation and subsequent review are included in both cases. The final quote is determined during the consultation, as it depends on the extent of the area to be treated and the number of sessions your skin requires.
